Shooting Packages and Cancellation Policy: Firearms and ammunition are subject to change based on availability. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, partially completed shooting packages and no-shows. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. You may call us at 1(702)467-4613 and submit an email. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not be issued a refund.
Groups of 10 or Larger Cancellation and Refund Policy: For groups of 10 and larger, any cancellations must be done no later than 72 hours before your reservation time. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you will not be issued a refund.
Late Policy: For all customers who are self-driving to our facility, any arrival time later than 30 minutes from your scheduled arrival time will be considered late. For all customers being picked up for transportation to our facility, any arrival time at your pickup location later than 15 minutes than your scheduled pickup time will be considered late. In the event that you are not on time (within these limits) for the check-in/pick up you will forfeit your deposit and your flight will be canceled.
Gift Certificates: All gift certificates purchased are non-refundable. Maybe redeemed by the recipient up to 1 year from the sender’s date of delivery. Gift certificates may not be transferred or resold for cash value.
